Take a Culinary Trip to the ‘Best Event in Wales’

Later this month Britain’s brightest culinary talent will be flocking to the Welsh Borders for a weekend of fun and feasting. They’ll all be sharing their fabulous skills at the Abergavenny Food Festival (20 and 21 September) – ‘Best Event in Wales 2013’*. New initiatives this year include a Night Market on the Saturday and an Artisan Kitchen School so you can develop hands-on skills.

British Caviar: Tatler’s ‘Rising Star Chef 2013’ Daniel Doherty, Executive Chef at the Duck & Waffle, will cook up a feast for kings using sturgeon and caviar from the Exmoor Caviar Company. He’s joined by founder Ken Benning and The Telegraph’s Xanthe Clay.
