The Lonely Parents Club @ Abergavenny Community Centre
Aug 22 @ 10:30 am

A friendly group run for parents of children of all ages, who may feel isolated, lonely or simply be struggling a bit with parenthood and who would like to meet other like-minded parents in a non-judgmental, welcoming space.

Come along with or without your little ones for a cuppa, cake and a chat.

The group has been set up by Chloe, a mum of three, who has felt the ups and downs, stresses and strains of parenting and juggling life. Having struggled with anxiety and PND, as well as the everyday isolation that being a parent can often bring, she wanted to create a group that was welcoming and safe for those who have felt similarly, and who may find it difficult to get to those sometimes overwhelming parent and child groups.

Together we can share advice, offer support and meet new people.
