Harriet Eccles joins DJ&P Newland Rennie’s Residential Lettings Team

DJ&P Newland Rennie are delighted to welcome Harriet Eccles as their new Head of Lettings for the Group. Harriet joins the company with 24 years lettings experience working extensively throughout Monmouthshire and enjoys receiving volumes of repeat business from fostering and building up relationships with landlords and tenants in the area. Harriet holds a BSc in Estate Management and is currently studying to become an associate member of the Guild of Property Professionals. Being fully conversant with current legislation including the recent introduction of the Rent Smart Wales scheme, energy performance requirements, and tenancy deposits, Harriet is well placed to offer expert advice to both novice landlords seeking guidance plus investor buyers who require honest and experienced advice regarding their portfolios.
